American Ronin Martial Arts is a selective martial arts Dojo that teaches Karate and a variety of other martial arts out of a private residence. We teach Komainu Ryu Karate-Jutsu which is a blend of Karate, Judo, and Kick Boxing that focuses on real-world self-defense. Komainu Ryu Karate-Jutsu traces its blended lineage thru both Isshogai Ryu Karate-Do and Mu Duk Kwon, Tang Soo Do, and is directly affiliated through the Isshogai Ryu Budo/Bujutsu Renmei under Soke George Johnson, 10th Dan, and Nidai Soke Carl Scroggs, 8th Dan. It is also recognized by the International Matsumura Seito Society.

    Our focus is private personalized instruction for teen and adult students that are serious about learning and training in a martial art. We have a spacious 1800 plus square foot climate-controlled Dojo and a small class size which has a better teacher to student ratio. Our instructors have decades of combined experience in teaching and training in the martial arts, and our primary instructor has experience in real world stressful situations while serving in combat overseas. All our instructors have competed in karate tournaments in kata and point-fighting and are versed in NASKA and USKA rules.
